Line competence

Frozen mould stamps are dipped into a bath of tempered chocolate. The stamping plate places the shells in perfect order on a conveyor belt. Different shapes can be realized with exchangeable stamp plates. The FROZENSHELL® machine is manufactured by CHOCOTECH.
