Brittle Bars

The CONBAR® system specially developed by SOLLICH for high-cooked sugar masses is designed for the high processing temperatures in the brittle bar production. The product-friendly forming and efficiency of this system are just a few of the features that make it unique.

CONBAR® slab formers are known for pressureless and weight-accurate slab forming, easy operation and easy product changeover. In nut brittle, a highly boiled sugar mass serves as a binder for nuts or sesame seeds. Toffee brittle contains milk and fat in addition to the sugar mass.

Slab former WEB

The slab former WEB is designed for all high-boiled brittle masses with and without admixtures.

Embossing roller SAW-P
