Sollcocap^®

Sollcocap^® is a system consisting of alignment and turnover device, depositing system and sandwiching unit.

Depending on the output requirement every second row of biscuits or double rows of biscuits can be turned before the depositing process. The volumetric dosing of the Sollcocap^® enables precise depositing of all fat and sugar masses with and without ingredients. Specially developed suction nozzles with low air consumption position the sandwich cover exactly on the deposited base biscuit. The automatic rejection of defective products is made possible by the optical quality control.
