The Tempergraph is used for the automatic inline measuring of the degree of temper in the chocolate.
Installed in the Turbotemper®e or an enrober the Tempergraph measures the degree of tempering every 6 minutes (depending on the chocolate). The course of the tempering degree is displayed graphically over several hours. Deviations in the curve are indicated by an alarm. By using AI (Artificial Intelligence) it is possible to continuously monitor the degree of temper.
