Fruit bars with their high vitamin, protein, mineral and fiber content meet the latest trends. SOLLICH offers all systems as a one-stop shop for the efficient production of these diverse bars - from cooking the jelly or fruit masses to forming and cutting with a CONBAR® system.

CONBAR® slab formers are known for pressureless and weight-accurate slab forming, easy operation and easy product changeover. An automatic edible paper application can be part of the CONBAR system.

Slab former WEB

The slab former WEB is designed for all fruit masses with and without admixtures. It forms the first layer of a fruit bar.

Slab former WE

The slab former WE is used to form a thicker 2nd layer and processes masses corresponding to the WEB.
