The Minitemper® Turbo can be equipped with a special unit for the rapid filling of moulds via an automatic dosing valve. The built-in shaker eliminates air bubbles in solid chocolate articles. When producing hollow articles, the filled moulds are turned over on the shaker grid.
For sieving the chocolate mass, the Minitemper can be equipped with a special vibrating sieve.
