SOLLICH offers chocolate processing equipment for decrystallization in order to completely remove crystals from chocolate that has already been tempered but not processed, before it is used again. These maintenance-free heat exchangers can be easily integrated into existing pipelines.


For this heating process to 45° C, we supply separate, maintenance-free heat exchangers type HE.
