Chocoform^® PSL

The Chocoform^® PSL system is used for the production of chocolate lentils, balls and eggs from tempered chocolate or compound.

Tempered chocolate or compound is dosed in between two cooled rollers with the desired product shape. The chocolate mass can contain inclusions such as nut and biscuit crumbs or cereals. The Frozenshell machine is manufactured by CHOCOTECH.
