The cooling tunnels are of modular design which allows them to be optimally adapted to the product and space conditions during planning. They are characterised by energy-saving "all around insulation" and a hygienic design that is easy to clean.

Gullwing
Cooling tunnels with a belt width of 820 mm or more can be fitted with polyurethane covers in the Gullwing design. The covers are easy to open and the interior is more accessible for cleaning.
Stainless steel version
Alternatively, the cooling tunnel can be made of stainless steel. In 620 mm and 820 mm belt widths it is equipped with U-shaped covers; from 820 mm belt width, the tunnel covers are in Gullwing design.
Belt washing device
An automatic belt washing system can be installed if your product is likely to build up on the belt over time.
Cooling compressor
Integrated cooling compressor if no cooling medium can be provided by the customer.
Air dryer
If required, the humidity in the cooling tunnel can be adjusted with an integrated air dryer.
Removable heat exchanger
A removable heat exchanger can be supplied on request.
Belt temperature control
For special applications, the belt temperature can be preconditioned.
