The Minitemper^® Turbo achieves the excellent tempering quality of our well-known Turbotemper^®e and is protected by patents.

The worldwide successful tempering system of the Minitemper^® Turbo ensures stable beta crystals and thus excellent gloss and long shelf life. The Minitemper^® Turbo is a fully automatic, continuously operating tempering machine with versatile applications.

Filling device

The Minitemper^® Turbo can be equipped with a special unit for the rapid filling of moulds via an automatic dosing valve. The built-in shaker eliminates air bubbles in solid chocolate articles. When producing hollow articles, the filled moulds are turned over on the shaker grid.
