Fondamat^®

With the FONDAMAT^{^®} coating machines, SOLLICH has developed a coating system that specializes in cold and warm sugar icings, fondant, compound and jelly masses. With the patented "wheel-in/wheel-out" system, the mass can be changed by one person in just 5 minutes.

Biscuits, cakes or pieces of fruit can either be fully coated or partially coated (only top coating). A Fondamat^® plus one of our efficient drying tunnels results in perfect final products. Our multi-color icing machines, for two or three different colors side by side, are unique.

Bottom licking rollers

The bottom licking rollers enable the production of very thin bottom coatings.

Wire belt washing device

A wire belt washing device is recommended for sugar-based products and ensures that the wire belt is always clean during production.

Turnover device for half coated products

A turnover device is used for turning bottom-coated products.

Moisture measurement and steam injection system

The water content of the glazes can be kept constant automatically by means of a moisture measurement and steam injection system.

Drying tunnel

While fat glazes solidify by cooling in the Thermo-Flow^®+ cooling tunnel, sugar glazes with a high water content require a drying process after coating.

Mass Change

In addition to a standard mass change with minimal mass mixing, which can be carried out easily due to the design, we offer the following solutions for special requirements.

Mass Change with cleaning

All SOLLICH enrobing machines with external temperature control are optionally designed for cleaning with water.

Mass Change "wheel-in/wheel-out" system (patented)

The patented "wheel-in/wheel-out" system is the fastest mass change procedure and allows a mass change in only 5 minutes with one operator.

Mass Change "Tandem system"

If you do not have space to slide one enrober out to the side the best solution is to have two enrobers in series to enable you to change from one mass to another as quickly as possible.
