Enromat^® B6

The Enromat^® B6 is the particularly economical alternative and combines an attractive price with the usual SOLLICH quality. It is suitable for coating with compound or chocolate at medium operating speeds.

All essential components are made of stainless steel and are identical to the Enromat^® M6. The sanitary design ensures maximum hygiene and easy cleaning. For chocolate coatings, the Enromat^® B6 is fed according to the Sollich circulation tempering process by our proven Turbotemper^®e.

Roller Curtain Trough

The roller curtain trough can be used instead of the curtain trough.

Strip Coating Device

The strip coating device can be used for partial coatings.

Hold-down roller

A hold-down roller enables the production of uniform "half-coatings" (bottom and side coating).

Wire belt hold-down device

A wire belt hold-down device is used for full coating (e.g. wafers, sandwich products).

Biscuit turning device

The biscuit turning device is used for turning bottom-coated products.

Roller bed

A roller bed enables the production of very thin bottom coatings.

Mass Change

In addition to a standard mass change with minimal mass mixing, which can be carried out easily due to the design, we offer the following solutions for special requirements.

Mass Change with cleaning

All SOLLICH enrobing machines with external temperature control are optionally designed for cleaning with water.

Mass Change "wheel-in/wheel-out" system (patented)

The patented "wheel-in/wheel-out" system is the fastest mass change procedure and allows a mass change in only 5 minutes with one operator.

Mass Change "Tandem system"

If you do not have space to slide one enrober out to the side the best solution is to have two enrobers in series to enable you to change from one mass to another as quickly as possible.
