Report a Security Incident

Have you detected a potential security vulnerability, a cyberattack, or another IT/OT security issue involving a machine or system supplied by Sollich? 

Please report the incident as soon as possible to security@sollich.com.
 



If possible, please include details regarding the affected machine (machine number), component or software, version, time of occurrence, observed impact, and any measures already taken; also, please provide your telephone number so we can contact you quickly if necessary. Do not send passwords or private keys via email. 

In the event of an ongoing attack, please use the subject line "URGENT – ACTIVE SECURITY INCIDENT." 

We will assess the report based on risk and, where necessary, initiate appropriate measures as well as any legally required notifications and user communications.
